How to remove an ActiveX Control in Windows?

Sometimes, we do really want to delete an ActiveX control so as to avoid incompatibility. To delete it, you may use system Add/Remove program. But if it is not listed in the panel, you may have difficult to delete it. In this situation, you may use professional uninstall. A professional uninstall can search all programs in computer, including ActiveX control and other Applets. If these little program have no its own uninstall, the professional uninstall can force to clean them. After that, it can also scan registry to clean any residual data. This feature is very important for us and Windows cannot do this. So many little programs leave residual data in registry or other system directory, which would lead to risks or conflicts in the future.

Here you may compare some professioanl uninstall programs.

If it's not in the list of installed programs it's not installed. Unregister it (using regsvr32), then delete it.
