When I try to download it, a pop up comes up that says ';Windows has blocked this software because it can't verify the publisher.'; How can I enable it on my computer?How can I download activex control?
Active X is Microsoft technology so I can't think why.
Do you have admin rights?
edit - Try installing it from a different browser like Firefox. Or go to Microsoft's site and download it as a seprate install, then check it with your anti-virus scanner. Disconnect your firewall (and perhaps the internet for safety while the firewall is off) and do the install.
