Getting rid of ActiveX control alert popup?

How do I get rid of the ActiveX popup that says:





An ActiveX control on this page might be unsafe to interact with other parts of the page. Do you want to allow this interaction?


(Click Yes or No)

Activex control is a security feature built into your browser, It is recommended that you keep the medium high level. But if you want to live dangerously click tools on the toolbar in this window, then Internet options. Now click on the security tab. where is say security for this zone you can set your controls to a lower level. click apply/OK and your doneGetting rid of ActiveX control alert popup?

Microsoft quit supporting plugins to run everyone else out of the browser market. They instead used Active X, a Microsoft technology. It turned out to be a Security nightmare, and now they'll give you a warning when they install. A non-Microsoft browser won't use Active X.

if you are using IE 7 the best way is to uninstall it from add/remove program and IT WILL go back to IE 6





I had many problems with ActiveX using IE 7, I went back to IE 6 and now i am problem free. Well my PC is anyway. :)





sorry it is some what of a crappy solution, but its all I got..
