How can I tell if I have an ActiveX control installed on my computer?

My ';Norton Internet Security'; seems to require that I have ActiveX control installed.





I'm having trouble with the software and was told by Norton to install ActiveX control.

If your running explorer as a browser go under Tools/manage add ons/enable or disable add ons and it should give a list. If abobe active X isn't there go to adobe.com and download it.How can I tell if I have an ActiveX control installed on my computer?
active x comes with the system, but some programs want you to install an active x control so their program has more control over your system. norton should have come with its own active x control when it was installed. you can try to reinstall it or go to there site, might be some help there.
