How come everytime a client sends an email an activeX control pop-up displays to the recipient?

A client of mine has a problem with her outlook. Everytime she opens a new email message and the signature block is inserted a grey/gray box automatically displays above the signature block. Then when the recipient opens the email from her they get a popup letting them know that outlook will not display the activeX controls and the email message may not display correctly. What is the box and how do I get rid of it. Seems like malicious code that is trying to infect her recipients. Any help would be very much appreciated. How come everytime a client sends an email an activeX control pop-up displays to the recipient?
Go to START%26gt;RUN type in Services.msc Scroll down to Security Service Disable that (Double clikc and click disabled and STOP) then go to Internet exploder and go to TOOLS%26gt;Internet Options security then set intranet (INTRANNET NOR INTERNET) level to low. Then go to Custom Settings and Enable All Active X Settings but make them prompt not automaticly install and This should take care of the problem.
